Step #1 to Voice Lessons: E-mail the Instructor for a Student Questionnaire.


I have created a Student Questionnaire that is vital to my initiating lessons with you.  It allows me to get to know you better, and ensures a valuable learning experience for each student, based on each individual's prior musical knowledge and aspirations for the future.  Thank you in advance for taking the fifteen minutes to complete and return the questionnaire.

Included in the questionnaire are the following: contact information exchange, musical background and knowledge questions, and scheduling and fee information.
