Voice lessons are an on-going process of learning.  There are so many important components of developing proper singing technique and musical knowledge, and these components should be addressed simultaneously to encourage the maximum level of retention and growth.  Therefore, vocal technique, music theory, ear training, and song practice are incorporated during every lesson.  As the weeks and months pass, students should feel a comprehensive sense of improvement and education.

Specifically, each lesson is comprised of vocal warmups, during which the student will work on vocal technique development; theory and sight-singing learning, including staff reading, key signature and scale education, and solfege training; piano skill development, with hands-on practice of drills and repertoire; and repertoire singing to learn and sculpt songs that have been selected uniquely for the student, according to his/her abilities, interests, and skill level.
